Don Steger (Owner)
Don is the guy who makes our customer service department tick. With over 27 years of experience on the DeLorean he is a very qualified factory trained technician. He continues to be an excellent source of knowledge and is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. He has been known as the "DeLorean Specialist" ever since the DeLorean came out.

Dan Botkin (Service Manager)
Dan Botkin joined the company in October 2000. He came with over 24 years of automotive experience. He has developed a very good working knowledge of the DeLorean. He also owns his own Back to the Future, DeLorean. If you have any technical questions or parts questions new or used, he will gladly answer. Nancy Steger (Owner-Parts Manager)
In the first 10-12 years of business, Nancy gained experience in various secretarial positions. She was there to support Don and the business. She started working with Don in 1998 and has used her office skills to run an efficient office as well as learning about all the thousands of parts of the DeLorean. Nancy ships all orders and keeps track of a complete inventory of parts.
